About the Data Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to our multi-year program for the implementation of a global consolidated HR platform. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of key client projects through your expertise in data migration and knowledge of products like SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis for the successful implementation of a global consolidated HR platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget constraints
- Allocate resources efficiently and prepare detailed project plans
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Analyze and manage risks to minimize negative project impact
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation
Skills
- 3+ years' experience in Data Analysis within the information technology sector
- Expertise in data migration and experience with products like SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Additional certification such as SQL, PMP, or similar is a plus
