Job Title: Talent Sourcer

Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcer, you will contribute to our company’s growth through finding exceptional consultants, working with Recruiters and under the Head of People and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create informative and compelling job specs for open positions
- Source and engage with potential and passive candidates through job boards, social media, relationship building and other channels
- Build pipelines of talent for data and digital transformation teams, using Breezy HR to track and maintain talent pools
- Educate external talent about Amber Labs
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates based on profiles, and prequalify them through conducting detailed candidate screening conversations
- Provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters to interview and progress for open positions
- Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and internal employees to schedule interviews
- Create a positive candidate experience for talent you engage with, including in the feedback provided to successful and unsuccessful candidates
- Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters for broader communication with internal stakeholders
