The GDS Service Designer role is more focused on the service to be offered, the service offering that will be made available to the end user via the service catalogue. The emphasis on this role is to translate client requirements in to actionable designs for the access to, the fulfilment of and the support needed for users to consume the technical service being provided.
You will have worked in complex service chains where the responsibilities are disaggregated across more than one domain of control - there will be a combination of different providers engaged in the provision of services, both in-house and external organisations as typified by desegregated supply chains.

This role at Amber Labs is a 12 month FTC, and all employees are required to have current SC clearance and meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.

Our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. We have a two-stage interview process for most of our consultants. In certain cases, we may include a third and final stage, which is a conversation with the company Partners. This will only be considered if deemed necessary.
