Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Architect with expertise to join our project team within the U.K. Public Sector. This role entails optimizing financial operations through effective architectural solutions implementation and management. Key Responsibilities:
Business Roadmap Design:
- Design business roadmaps aligned with ITIL principles for financial systems within the public sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in architectural design and implementation to optimize financial operations.
Infrastructure Management:
- Architect, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure supporting financial applications ensuring scalability, security, and availability.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices in infrastructure management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Bridge gaps and streamline processes by working closely with development, operations, and finance teams.
- Effectively communicate technical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices for infrastructure and applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex, enterprise-level environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud, with exposure to ITIL practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
